Responsibilities:<\/div>\n
\u2022 Develop business requirements into user stories, epics and business requirement documentation as required<\/div>\n
\u2022 Perform the UAT cycle E2D for projects from planning to implementation phase and CR management including creation and submission of requests and follow up on delivery for existing technology integrations<\/div>\n
\u2022 Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and develop & implement solutions ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements<\/div>\n
\u2022 Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings<\/div>\n
\u2022 Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems<\/div>\n
\u2022 Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports<\/div>\n
\u2022 Produce deliverables ensuring timing completion<\/div>\n
\u2022 Manage vendors and business stakeholders<\/div>\n
\u2022 Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Support with sprint planning in order to deliver approved backlog of change <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Engage with other business analysts and developers across other functional domains (e.g. Supply Chain) to ensure knowledge sharing<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Qualifications<\/div>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Management or any related discipline<\/div>\n
\u2022 Certification in Scrum \/ Agile is a must (i.e. Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org or ICAgile) \u2022 CBAP Certified Experience:<\/div>\n
\u2022 3-5 years\u2019 experience working as a business analyst in the banking sector<\/div>\n
\u2022 Project management experience is preferable<\/div>\n
\u2022 Facilitating & running workshops (business & IT facing).<\/div>\n
\u2022 Capturing and documenting business requirements<\/div>\n
\n
\n
