A sales and technical support officer is required to keep pace with the increasing development in the company's business and projects. He has the talent and ability to innovate, develop, and think outside the box.
Basic responsibilities
- Communicating with customers and trying to convince them of our services in a professional manner.
- Follow up with the client throughout the project development period until it is received in the required form.
- The ability to respond to customers with the technical support system and emails professionally.
- Identify and escalate complaints and assigned cases to the customer support team.
- A full explanation of the services and benefits that distinguish us from others.
- View the price and details of the work time required for each service.
- Receiving customer calls who call the organization’s sales number and recording the orders received
- Follow up with requests until signing
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience or no experience, provided that he/she is a fluent speaker
- Some experience in telephone sales
- Proficiency in using a computer (Excel, Google sheet, Word, Gmail).
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in drafting emails and formal communication.
- Moderate technical experience, passionate about e-commerce and marketing has “extra points”.
- Preferably external college of commerce, English or computers and information “extra points”.
